We hear on the wire that Justin Lin, Director on the Tokyo Drift installment of fast and furious may be back with a fourth installment and further more the return of Vin Diesel to the franchise which made him a super star.

This news was leaked by a source at the center of one of the studios.

From what we are led to believe we are in for a huge treat with a cast and crew including many of the original stars and directors. Apparently the studios are prioritising to get the movie made before the writers strike hits next year, at such time the filming is expecting to come to a stand still.

Its not terribly likely for this to happen, but it is better to plan the production that way. Otherwise people could lose a lot of money on the next fast and the furious 4 storyline.
